An impactful leadership program for women
This women-only leadership program is an intensive three day program for women in management positions. It is designed to strengthen the female manager’s leadership skills and to guide her to unfold her capabilities, both as a woman and as a leader. The program supports large and international companies’ focus on increasing the pipeline of female talent in the organization.
The Leading Women program revisits traditional approaches to standard leadership topics and discusses the contemporary challenges women are facing when transitioning to a higher management level. From a gender and leadership perspective the program focuses on identifying psychological and behavioral female strengths, which sometimes are powerful yet invisible barriers to women’s advancement.
The second main theme is the diversity and gender dynamics of groups. The aim is to teach the participants to navigate in the group/organization and enhance their business influence. Lastly, the program seeks to strengthen the participants' impact through verbal and nonverbal communication - as an easy way through challenges as a leader.
The Leading Women participants will enjoy three days in the optimal learning environment for analyzing their own individual strengths, as well as challenges and opportunities women in business are facing in general. Additionally, they will identify their individual leadership styles and share experiences.

Participant profile
This CBS Executive Leading Women Program is designed for high potential managers or team leaders in public and private companies or nonprofit organizations around the world. Participants are from a wide array of industries, disciplines, managerial backgrounds, countries and cultures.
